Each TAB Facilitator is an experienced business professional and is certified by The Alternative Board® to facilitate board meetings and conduct business coaching sessions by successfully completing an extensive TAB training program. Most facilitators run or have run their own businesses giving them a unique perspective to share with the board members.The TAB facilitator guides the group discussion without dominating the meetings and encourages all members to express their views while keeping the discussion on track. The TAB facilitator ensures that all members have an opportunity to discuss their business issues for feedback and guidance from the other business-owner board members and that the discussions stay solution-focused.
