Arnie’s mission is to leverage his 30+ years of sales leadership and business development experience to assist business owners in overcoming their toughest challenges and enabling them to plan, execute and achieve the vision they have for the growth of their business.
Arnie has led successful sales teams for small and large companies in markets such as Healthcare, Fire and Security, as well as other complex businesses. He has also been part of a senior management team on the corporate level, which has enabled him to witness first-hand how goals properly aligned throughout an organization contribute to its growth. These experiences have confirmed his conviction that top performing companies benefit by creating a culture that empowers and motivates all employees to pull in the same business growth direction.
Arnie’s specific expertise incorporates identifying and positioning a company’s true value proposition, developing and executing sales strategies, motivating and coaching sales people, as well as fostering total team commitment and participation. He has also established strategic alliances with larger companies to expand business opportunities and generate incremental revenue. In addition, he has created and facilitated presentations to potential investors to position companies as attractive investment or acquisition opportunities.
Arnie has also launched Biz 2.0, a West Orange Speaker Series at the public library. These free workshops are intended for new and established businesses and include topics such as LinkedIn, Content Marketing, Business Growth, Small Business Legal Issues and others.
He has been featured in the monthly publication of the New Jersey Business and Industry Association with articles entitled “Customer Advisory Boards: Creating Beneficial Collaborations”, “Acquiring the Right Sales People: Giving Them the Best Chance to Succeed” and “Strong Distributor Networks: Discover How Everyone Can Succeed”.
