Auditing Your Sales Process

When you are managing your sales, you want to identify and correct behaviors, not just take the deal away and close it yourself. 

I use a product called Contact Science which allows me not only to learn how many calls are being made, but to listen to recordings of the calls, so I can help the employee to be more effective. They know I am not listening for punitive reasons, but to help them make more sales, and therefore to make more money for themselves and the company
